CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS: • Please cancel at least 24hrs in advance to avoid any charge. Rescheduling/Cancellations can be made through your confirmation email. Example: If your appointment is scheduled for tomorrow at 10am you have up until 10am today to cancel your appointment to avoid the 100% charge. Same day cancellation you forfeit your deposit and will be charged 100% of your service with the card on file. (I understand unexpected things can occur and I'll do my best to accommodate you, exceptions can be made but it's up to my discretion ONLY) NO CALL/ NO SHOW you will be charged 100% of your service with the card saved on file and you will be blocked from booking future appointments! TARDINESS • Please arrive on time for your service. Please give yourself enough time when leaving your house and consider traffic, accidents and finding our building so you make it to your appointment on time . • There is a STRICT 10min grace period. NO EXCEPTIONS . After 10mins your appointment will be canceled and all fees will be applied. REFUNDS I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS On Deposits, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. • If you are unhappy with your Lash extensions please contact me within 48hrs and a complimentary removal will be provided. • If you experience an excessive amount of fall out with your extensions please contact me within 48hrs to correct it. After 48hrs you are solely responsible for your lashes.
